As one of the most dense mixed-use developments ever approved in Boston, Bulfinch Crossing will add 2.9 million square feet into the market.
By replacing the existing government center garage, developer, The HYM Investment Group will transform “a 1960-era brutalist garage into an iconic mixed-use development that will bring daylight to a block of Congress Street for the first time in half a century.”
The West Parcel will contain a 480 foot-tall residential building, home to 368 apartments and 55 condominiums. The East Parcel will house a 528 foot-tall office building.
