Framingham is a suburb of Massachusetts 20 miles west of Boston. It is the largest town in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and bordered by Natick to the east and Wayland to the west.
Spread throughout West Framingham are office and industrial parks, several of which are home to the global headquarters of Bose and Staples.
Once home to Dennison Manufacturing facilities, Jack’s Abby Brewing has settled into that space, providing a much-loved beer hall for residents and visitors in the Framingham area. Not far from the brewery is John Harvard’s Brewery buzzing with the sound of local residents enjoying the atmosphere of the beer hall and surrounding neighborhood.
Framingham offers a rich variety of dining from Thai to Mediterranean to Brazilian food. Local chains like that of Legal Seafood and Papa Razzi also dot the landscape.
Outdoor activities abound in this western suburb. Biking trails, wide paths and children’s playgrounds adorn the parks and ponds throughout the neighborhood and are enjoyed by families in nearby homes. Callahan State Park has seven miles of trails on 820 acres. The Framingham Country Club boasts an 18-hold golf course.
Route 9 runs through Framingham connecting residence of the apartments, condominiums and homes to nearby towns like that of Wayland and the city of Boston.
